About Us

PT Johan Jaya Putra, operating as Johan Footwear, is a footwear manufacturing company established in 2009. Initially specializing in pattern cutting and stitching for shoe uppers, the company expanded its capabilities in 2011 by incorporating assembly processes, efficiently integrating uppers and soles to produce finished footwear. In 2014, Johan Footwear relocated to a larger, modern facility, supporting its continued growth. By 2018, the company broadened its client base to include additional local partners. Today, Johan Footwear produces approximately 7,000 pairs of shoes and sandals per month, catering to daily wear needs. The company is headquartered in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Philip Mulianto

Factory Owner

Philip Mulianto began his career in 1993 as the General Manager of one of Bandung’s largest shoe factories, producing renowned international brands. Under his leadership, he successfully managed thousands of employees, driving operational excellence and growth.

In 2009, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, focusing on the production of shoes and sandals. Philip now oversees our operations, bringing decades of industry expertise and leadership to the organization.

Joshua Hans

Factory Co-Owner, Commisioner

Joshua Hans serves as the co-owner and commissioner of our footwear factory. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from a reputable institution in Indonesia.

With extensive experience gained at a leading multinational thread manufacturing company based in the UK, Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

He oversees the development of new business opportunities and ensures the factory operates with efficiency and seamless production processes.

Sulaiman

Factory Manager

Sulaiman began his career in 1995 as Head of Production at a footwear factory in Bandung, where he was responsible for ensuring the quality of the shoes produced. He reported directly to the Korean management and successfully completed specialized training in China to deepen his expertise in footwear manufacturing. Today, he leverages his extensive knowledge and experience as Factory Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all processes.
